Update, Got called in for interview but noticed a typo on my resume...
What would you say if they bring it up? I listed a work task I performed at a previous job twice.

I really doubt they will even mention it, but you could always make a joke..."yeah, I have to do that often, I need no major training there".
Or "that must be one of my favorite tasks".

That's a good idea a little joke in case they mention it.

Just bring a clean, corrected copy of your resume to the interview. Then offer it to the interviewer and say this one is more current. If they don't take it, then there isn't much else you can do.
They already called you in for an interview, so don't worry. Good luck!

I also agree!
And I think it's always good practice to bring copies of your resume anyway when you are going to interview. I used to interview a lot at my old law firm, and while HR would always send me copies of the resume via email, sometimes I would be busy right up until the time of the interview and wouldn't always have time to print it. So I always appreciated when the candidate had a copy of the resume for me when they came in, and it makes you look prepared and professional.
I've also learned the hard way how hard it is to proofread your own work, especially on something like a resume! So it's always helpful to have 2 or 3 trusted friends or family members read it over.
Good luck with your interview!

Re: Update, Got called in for interview but noticed a typo on my resume...
Thank you for the good luck wishes. I did prepare myself and it went well, I was confident and had a lot to offer and unfortunately in the end was told I was overqualified and they couldn't give me what I was asking for (not because they felt I didn't deserve it).I was there for 4 hours interviewing with a number of people and all we're impressed with my employment history. From now on I'm going to list my salary range on my cover letter. I look at this interview as a warm up

Glad it was good practice, but honestly, I would not list your salary range unless they specifically ask.

What a bummer! I learned from a similar experience to ask the salary range when the person calls to set up the interview. You don't want to waste their time or yours.

Totally agree. You don't want to be ruled out of a job before you get your foot in the door. And sometimes, companies will find the money for you if you really want it.
On the other side, they may be able to offer more than you're asking, so then you'd cut yourself short.
