Update on BBB coupon policy change
ok so per everyone's advice I called customer service and the representative said it is up to the store manager's discretion whether or not you can use multiple 20% off coupons per order. So now I have to call corporate. I'm at work so we'll see if I get a chance to do it today. GRRRR what a hassle!!!!

What? The manager gets to decide at each store??? That is sooo strange, no? It's not like each is privately owned

when we bought my DD's furniture from them I had 4 coupons and they let me use all the coupons - mever gave me a problem. If they do then just have them ring up each order seperatly.
