Update on Eliza's (more like, MY) "near death experience"
After the scary pool incident, I didn't sleep much. I put the monitor practically IN her crip and slept witht eh speaker next to my ear all night.
She was fine upon waking yesterday. Full of vim and vigor. Me, I'm still shaken from seeing her facedown in that pool.
Poor DH suffered my wrath all day yesterday for not keeping a closer eye on her. But the truth is, even when I was standing over and actually WATCHING her there were times she'd fall and go under, so I can't fault him too much.
This was our first experience with a toddler pool, so I guess I need to get one of those silly-looking but very functional suits with the floaties in them for the next time.
Thanks for the reassuring responses the other night. I (and DH) really appreciated them.

OMG I didnt read your 1st post about this but I can feel your pain nad emotional hangover,, This is my worst nightmare as well.. I dont think I am going to make it through these years.. I feel terrible for you..
