update on the diabetes!
Thank you ladies for your words, i was really nervous and upset and overwhelmed and actually its really simple!! it really is a blessing in disguise! i am eating the way i should be even though i totally want chinese and ice cream lol ill settle for skinless chicken and wheat bread lol
