Update on the lump I found in my breast and had 36 week appt ETA: Sonogram PIc of Girl Parts
ALL GREAT NEWS! The lump is almost gone, and doc said that's a good sign that's it's pg related and he couldn't really feel much of difference between the right and left.
I had my Group B strep test today and a quick sono to check position of baby.
Baby is head down, she flipped No more breech for me unless she flips again. But I am still getting a c section in 20 days for medical reasons.
He also gave me the best money shot to prove to my family/friends who believe in old wives tales over technology that I am totally having another 
Thank you for listening and supporting me!!! 3 weeks from today my 2nd will be hours old!!
ETA: HEre's the Sonogram pic of all girl parts. It's labeled in the upper left hand side.

Ok, look at the upper left side of the sonogram pic. See where the arrows are pointing down?
You can see the labia and the sides of her equipment. Look for 3 lines, then it will become clearer to you.

aha! with the black/dark area in the middle right of the lines right? wow, they look big in that pic... i don't have any of these type of pics 
is that symbol in the corner the girl symbol? one of my friends was telling me the docs mark the sono pics with symbols not words. i should just find out instead of torturing myself

Stay strong if you don't want to find out
The girl parts are right below the arrows and the girl symbol.
This is my 1st money shot too, i didn't get any of these with Gianna
