Update to my Nap Time CIO post and a Thank You to everyone who responded!
While I don't want to jinx myself, I wanted to post because I am so so happy...I am relaxing and posting on LIF as Sienna is enjoying her second nap of the day!!! 
I wanted to thank everyone who responded to my thread last night and kept firm with me about putting Sienna in her crib and not letting her nap on me, in the stroller, etc.
She fell asleep on the boob this morning and napped on me for a good 10 minutes. I am sick with a nasty sinus infection so at that point I was exhausted and dizzy from not sleeping due to a combination of her waking last night (I did not get her until 6 when instead of crying, she was happily babbling on the monitor) and just being ill.
So I bit the bullet as she proceeded to whine and rub her eyes and put her up in the crib screaming. She gave me a run my money for about 10 minutes and then...she was out for 2 hours!!! She woke up so happy!
She was fine until about 2pm. I put her down again at 2:20 and she screamed bloody murder for 5 minutes this time and has been sound asleep since then!
I imagine in true Sienna style she will give me a run for my money, but I am so happy I listened to everyone and I just wanted to share our nap time success today!

Yeah.... I;m gonna need you to either bump this post or remind me of this in about 3-4 months when I'll likely have to do CIO with TJ....
