update tuesday: all is ok!
Update tues morning: We are ok! I went to Dr. Kofinas first thing this morning and we saw 1 beautiful sac. He can't see where the bleeding is coming from, but he said its nowhere near the sac. I am to stay on bed rest and go back on Friday. As soon as he said its ok I broke down crying on the exam table. The sono tech told me that she could tell I wasn't planning on getting good news. I told her given our history she was right. I go back on Friday, and he thinks we may see a heartbeat by then. Thank you so much for all of your prayers and good wishes. I know they helped!
I'm trying really hard to remain optimistic, but am finding it pretty impossible at the moment. I woke up earlier this morning to bright red blood with clots and horrible cramping.  The last time my body did this, I lost our first set of twins... I've been taking all of my Meds as directed and haven't done anything strenuous lately... I'm terrified its my NK cells attacking my body, and we don't even have the bloodwork results back yet. I was told to stay on bed rest today, and will go in tomorrow morning, but I'm so scared I'm losing them, if I haven't already.  Those of you who believe in prayer, please say one for me.  Thank you.

Thank you everyone. 
Today has been really scary so far. Thankfully with being on bed rest, as the day has progressed, the clots and BAD cramping seem to have stopped for now...
I'm still bleeding, though each time seems lighter than the last, so I'm hoping it's going to stop soon. And I'm still cramping, but not nearly as badly as earlier. I just wish I knew what brought this on and where it's coming from.... 
Please Lord, don't take them from us again...
