Update! Varicocele Surgery - Today
Today my DH is having varicocele surgery. I am very nervous for him. This is more or less our last ditch attempt. After today, we wait for three months and see what the outcome is. I am praying for a fast recovery and some positive results.
UPDATE:
DH says he is feeling good. He said he does not need the pain medication.... I hope he does not overdo it today when I am at work.
And now we wait. I heard it takes 3 months to see results. My DH said he heard 6 months. I seriously can not take this waiting anymore....
We are going to schedule a consult with another clinic in the mean time. Poor embryo quality could be due to lots of factors: sperm eggs, lab conditions. I need answers and more current clinic frustrates me. We may be willing to travel to LI/NYC for our next round. Does anyone have an awesome doctor who speciliazes in MFI?

It will take a minimum of 3 months to see if it worked since that's how long it takes sperm to mature.
If you are willing to travel to NYC, I'd recommend using RMA NY. They are one of the few practices who has a urologist, Dr. Bar-Chama, as part of their practice. And for REs, I recommend Dr Grunfeld. Thanks to him, we have our  coming soon!
