UPDATED - Severe cramping 4 week PP (TMI with update)

Did anyone experience severe cramping out of nowhere? I'm 4 weeks PP, and yesterday I was experiencing cramping but this morning it was horrible, I was doubled over in pain. Is this the start of my period possibly or is it too soon? I'm not bleeding, and my c-section incision looks okay. Should I call the doctor? I took Motrin and it seems to be helping a bit.

I would probably call the dr (sorry for TMI ~ but are you having regular bowel movements, maybe it is gas) I know I took the stool softener for a few weeks after I came home it helped alot.

Once I went off the painkillers I was able to have easier bowel movements. I've been pretty regular but I have noticed I've been a bit more gassier yesterday and today so maybe it's just intestinal/digestive. I'm not really sure but they have subsided since my initial post this morning. If they continue tomorrow or the next day, I'll call my doctor.

I need to bump this because this cramping went away but suddenly came back today. It hurts badly, it's low on my right side, below my incision. I stopped bleeding last week but now I'm experiencing a yellowish, jelly like discharge (sorry for the TMI) and I'm concerned. I was holding DD and went to stand up and nearly doubled over, I had to call DH for him to take her from me. Again, my incision still looks ok to me, has anyone experienced this? I'm thinking of calling my doctor on Monday just to be sure, I still don't go back for another 2 weeks.

I wouldn't wait until monday. Call your dr's emergency line.
