at Belmore Theater in December? If so was it good? I believe they have it again in Feb. and was thinking about taking the little ones.

Yes..It was very cute...DD loved it!
They had some technical difficulties in the beginning but otherwise it was fun. They even give the kids handy dandy notebooks so they can play along!
The characters come out & meet everyone at the end of the show too.

Oh good, I'm gonna call tom. and see if I can get tickets. It's the wk the kids are off of school so hopefully I can still get them. When my oldest was 2 I took him to see Blues Clues but in the city and he loved it and they also gave out the note books.

Yes it was well worth it. DS had the best time. They gave out little notebooks to write down the clues in.

Ale enjoyed it the first 20 minutes or so -- we had never watched the show before that so she wasn't familiar with it at all. I also brought some snacks and her favorite book in case she got bored.

DD had a great time; she is a big Blue's Clues fan. I thought it was very cute and worth the few bucks. You get a handy dandy notebook, plus a drink & popcorn for each ticket that you have. Can't beat it!

how does the seating work? Do you just go and find a seat when you get there or do they asign seating when you purchase the tickets?

Thanks for this post. I want to look into this. I had no clue...I live near by. The baby loves Blues Clues (he's 17 mos) but not sure how long he'll sit...20 minutes is usually his max. But my 4 year old will probably enjoy a show more even though he isn't a huge Blues fan!!

Our tickets were assigned a specific seat. My SIL bought them for us like the minute they went on sale, so we're sitting in the front row.

I got tickets for 2/16 I'm so excited. But they didn't mention where I'll be sitting  Maybe I'll call later and see if they know or not.

I don't know if it was the same for the online service, but if you called to get your tix, they said there would be no tix in the mail. I have to present my confirmation # and ID at the box office when we get there.

When we were there most kids sat, but when a song came on some kids would dance in the aisle next to their seat, I don't remember seeing any kids running amok.

Yes, they gave me a number over the phone and sent me a confirmation e-mail with the number that I can just print out and bring.

It was great and both my kids loved it! After the show, they go up to the stage and get Steve's autograph!
ETA: During the songs they would ask the kids to get up and dance..I didn't see any kids running around, most of them sat during the show.
DS waiting for Steve's autograph. He was asking Steve where Joe was, LOL!
