Updated: HELP ME FIND THIS DRESS!
Need an outift/dress for a "casual" wedding on June 14...
most important...I hate my arms, so if it has a sleeve or a cute ballero that would be good!
It's a "lounge-type" of wedding....and I'd love to wear black b/c I'm wearing these lime-green CL's:
I really love those black "bubble" bottom looking dresses...

that blue dress is ME!!!!! INFO!!!!!!!
but maybe something with less "coverage" - I know...you hate me.
I had this vision of a black bubble bottom dress...and I have this black sparkly (simple, not overdone) ballero I can wear.
