DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
They are horrible !!!
I hired them to clean my new house which we just moved into and all I can say is they were horrible !!!!!
My 3 year old could have done a better job!!!
Their customer service was horrible.
Even after I sent pictures of their poor work, the proper actions were not taken !!
This company is horrible !!!!!
I am now cleaning my house by myself which is completely holding up our ability to move in !!!!


UPDATE - I spoke again with the owner Michael yesterday, and a full refund was issued to me. After all the emails and phone calls, I am finally happy with the way everything was handled! I am glad I was persistent and refused to compromise.

I wouldn't hire any of those chains, especially after I read the book Nickel & Dimed back in college where the author took a job with one of those companies and described her experience as an employee.

You're always 1000% better off IMHO to just hire someone who does this for themselves.

Wow! I'm shocked I have used then multiple times and had great experiences. The first time they were late, (got lost). They deducted an hr off the price. This was a post renovation clean up... So the place was extremely dusty and dirty. The crew was good. I scheduled again a few weeks later and got a different crew whom I fell in love with.... They are so super thorough, prompt, curtoeous etc. now I only request them

Wow, I'm surprised you had a bad experience with them. We used them this summer and they were amazing. By far the best cleaning job I've ever had. They sent 2 sweet women who spent 5 hours scrubbing every nook and cranny and even cleaned our appliances (which should have been an additional charge). I'd use them again in a heartbeat, so I'm surprised you had such a bad experience. Their customer service seemed really nice when we booked and even called to follow-up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied.

Maid marines sent two women on day 1. They were here for 8 hours and " cleaned " 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room still had cobwebs in every corner, anything above eye level was not even touched cause they were not allowed to use step ladders. The tops of vanity a, light fixtures , behind toilets and sinks were not even touched.
I took pictures and sent them to the owner and only after screaming and pictures did they agree to send the same woman the next day .
I typically would have just demanded a full refund but we had the movers coming the next day and I was stuck. He only agreed to 5 free hours. Again he was originally only giving 2 but again pictures and yelling - he reluctantly agreed to 5. No clue how that is the same as 8 but he would not budge. Again same women came the next day - I took off of work to help clean !!!! The same horrible job was done.
All the had to do was the kitchen in 5 hours and they could not even finish that room in time ! 2 woman - 5 hours for a kitchen !!!
The floors , light fixtures and any high cabinet was not even touched !!!!
I am still arguing with them to get my original money back!
They are completely unprofessional and unable to clean anything !
I had to redo my entire house myself - taking a few days off of work and you won't believe the dust and duet they left behind ! I took pictures the entire second day and the owners still refuse to refund me my money !
I am not letting them get away with this !!!
