UPDATED with group shot! went to see THE tree last night :-) (with pics!)
we went to see the Rockefellar center tree last night. every year we go with a big group of friends ( this year there were 21 of us!  ) one of our friends works for MSNBC, and was able to get us all into 30 Rock to tour the studios a little bit.. very cool!   
and me at Brian William's news desk

Very cool!! My DH and I go see the tree every year. I hope we get to see it this year...the time is really slipping by!!

Very cool! I used to go every year, until we had kids  My brother used to be the building manager at 30 Roc (for Tishman Speyer), so we got VIP passes and used to see it all as well.

thanks! yeah... we do have a great group of friends. they're mostly DHs friends from high school. hes an only child, and so are a lot of the people in the group... so i think thats why they're all so close. its great-especially since our families don't live close to us.
I'm waiting to get a copy of the group shot from somebody- then i'll post that!
