**UPDATE**Please send sticky vibes
We had an open house on our co-op this past Sat and we had a great turnout but we are really hoping for some offers.
We went into contract with our new home in Lake Grove in Jan and we need to sell our co-op before we go to closing (on or around April 2nd).
This whole process is so stressful and so exciting at the same time - I feel like I'm planning a wedding all over again!
UPDATE: We accepted an offer just a few minutes ago!!! I'm kind of in shock actually! Thanks for all of your sticky vibes and well wishes!
