Uppa Baby rumble seat
For those that have the Uppa and use it for 2 children close in age, is the rumble seat like a full seat? do you think it's comfortable? any problems with it? It doesn't look as sturdy to me, but I have an Uppa already and not sure I want to buy an entire new double stroller. They will be close in age. I bought it purposely b/c it had the option of the second seat, but now in comparison to the city select, I don't know how it holds up....

Re: Uppa Baby rumble seat
Good question. I'm interested in hearing from those who have this. I have actually never seen anyone use the rumble seat...

Re: Uppa Baby rumble seat
I chose the City Select because the rumble seat on the Uppa Baby wasn't a full-size seat, and there was really only 1 position (if I remember correctly). Also, I don't think you can recline them when both seats are on the stroller.

Re: Uppa Baby rumble seat
I have the exact same question. DC will be 24 months apart and I'm alittle weary about how comfortable the rumble seat will be.
Anyone have any experiences with it?

Re: Uppa Baby rumble seat
My daughters are 19 months apart. We bought the Rumble seat soon after my youngest was born. It's okay for short trips but we felt we had to get a real double stroller for longer outings. The Pros: My oldest actually loves sitting in the Rumble seat. We call it her "big girl" seat. It's great when we go out to eat because my oldest sits in a highchair once we are at the restaurant and my youngest stays in the stroller pulled up to the table. We are able to take the Rumble seat off and store it underneath the stroller. We live in the city and space in restaurants is tight. The Cons: Very hard to get the stroller up curbs without a ramp. The stroller becomes very front-heavy when the big kid is in the Rumble seat. This causes poor maneuverability. We have almost tipped going down a curb. We got the city mini double for longer trips.
