upset and sad (long probably)

So we figured out this week that I will pretty much have to back to work now instead of the end of Oct. for financial reasons...which is hard enough by itself.

MIL has been watching DD this week which I am thankful she has done for us...but shes not taking care of DD as I feel she would take care of one of her daughters children (MIL and I have had a kind of strained relationship since 3 months before out wedding)
today was the final straw for me that upset me the most DH informed me that DD didnt 'feel' like napping today so she only slept for like 20min on the way home on their walk...ok a 20min ALL day for a 6 month old is not acceptable. They had her playpen in the middle of the kitchen and that is where she was expected to sleep (all week her longest nap was 1.5hrs one day this week)...I would like to see anyone have a nap in the middle of a kitchen! she was sooo tired and grumpy tonight I didnt get to see her at all...she had what i thought would be a nap at 5:15...6:15 she started sturring (sp?) so i got her up...well she was miserable and I could just tell she was exhausted...so i gave her cereal and her bottle and ive put her to bed for the night.
I say this was the most upsetting because all week she hasnt even tried to follow the eating schedule i gave her that she specifically asked for before i brought her over...why ask for it if you are going to do your own thing anyway?

then DH told her how much the baby sitter was going to be and she thought it was too much so she said she would watch her a day or so a week (which is great and I would love it if it werent for her not i guess 'making' DD take a nap and not bothering to follow the schedule she asked for) and then she said my mom could watch her a couple days...my mom would except for the fact that shes a supply teacher and dosent know if shes working until 6am the morning of sometimes...not going to work out too well! DH is like well we will just find out that morning and then she just wont go to the babysitter...YOU CANT DO THAT, not even an option in my eyes, I think that its beyond rude to do that to someone.

I am just so frustrated with all of this...as if going back to work 4 months sooner then expected wasnt bad enough...I know I need to talk this over with DH but him being on the midnight shift dosent give us much talking time

thanks for letting me vent...im am sure im overreacting about certain things, but putting everything together its just too much
