Used Bumbleride Indie Twin on CL---would you buy it?
A good friend of mine found a used Bumbleride Indie Twin of Craigslist and is wondering if she should buy it. The woman asked $350 and is not budging on the price. She said it's a couple years old so im assuming a 2009, she really wants one and cannot afford to buy a brand new one....from the pictures does it look like a good deal? The tires looks a little worn i think....it would come with an air pump, cup holder, head rest and shoulder pads and multi-use bumpers/infant seat adapter bars and 2 zip on bunting blankets....what do you think??
Thanks!

IMO I wouldn't pay that much money for a new stroller So I definitely wouldn't pay that for a used stroller.

I wouldn't buy it without seeing it in person first.

I have an Indie Twin and it is just awesome! Sturdy as can be and I'm sure your friend knows all about the fabulous features. Good quality and design comes with a price. I got mine new on eBay and saved about $125. It's not a cheap stroller any way you cut it. I spent a lot on it, but it is truly the best stroller I've owned (4 of them now) or tried, hands down. Used Bugaboo strollers go for the same amount and I'd pretty much put the Bumbleride in the same class as that one or the Valco.
She should go and check it out. The more you know the easier it is to make a decision.

You know I have the Bumbleride Indie twin & like the PP said, I LOVE my stroller. The new version is not cheap & I had a hard time parting with the cost but IMHO, it was totally worth it.
I know where you live (in terms of terrain) & honestly it handles amazingly....I have yet to meet a store door or aisle I can't fit through. It fits through all standard doors & honestly, my boys LOVE it

Same here! I love mine! That's probably half price, so I would get it. But, would check it out in person first.
