Used car loan HELP?
We are buying a car and getting a good deal. However I wanted to know what additional fees should I calculate in for a 2 year old car in order to calculate our monthly payment?

Re: Used car loan HELP?
Be prepared to pay tax on it when you go and register it.
There really aren't any loan fees outside interest and maybe a gap insurance fee if you have to pay for gap insurance.
If the car is valued way more than what you are financing (because you are putting money down), you don't need the gap insurance.

I mean like Title, registration etc? The finance guy mentioned bank fees but I'm told it sounds like he is buffering the charges???

Re: Used car loan HELP?
There should be zero bank fees. If there are bank fees of say more than $100 you are getting ripped off. In fact I wouldn't pay bank fees period.
You will be paying tax on the purchase. I thought you were buying privately so you would pay the tax at registration, but at the dealer you just pay tax at the dealer.
Why not just bring in your own financing?
Can they beat this interest rate?
