using curtains for a closet door?
has anyone done this.
we have two little closets that i'm going to hang curtains on with a push-rod.
but we also have a big closet what i want to hang two curtains on instead of buying doors. any thoughts on how to hang them???

when we were looking for a house...some of the houses had this...they used spring rods

My sister does on their large master closet. She mounted drapery hardware above the closet just as you would for a window. The tension rod may not allow you to get good comfortable open reach to top shelves. It will also give a better illusion of a big window in the room and not a doorway with curtains. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just whatever look you want to go for.
