Using Fenugreek/Mother's Milk Plus/etc. to increase BM supply, would love to hear your experiences!

I'm obsessed with increasing my supply, I'm drinking the Mother's Milk tea with no huge increases...

Would love to hear from you ladies that took supplements to increase your supply.
1. How old was DC when you started using them?
2. Did they work? (if you have specific increase numbers, bring 'em on!)
3. Which brand did you use?
4. When/why did you eventually stop using them?

I used both! Didn't really see any increase at all though but lots of other ladies say they helped!!!
I was also encouraged to drink a LOT of water. A LOT A LOT!!!!
I think the Fenugreek was 2 pills 3xa day???

Other things that are supposed to help are OATMEAL and BEER.

I took both when dd was 6 months old and I wasn't pumping anything. I couldn't figure out how she was actually getting milk, but she was. Anyway, I drank the tea all throughout the day and I think I took the max amount of pills recommended (don't remember exactly, should say on bottle) and after a few days, I actually started leaking one night, so I knew it was working. I had a fullness feeling back. Give it a shot, but I say do the max of everything to see a difference.

I started to slack recently, and my left breast was only producing 2ozs from a previous 6! How I got it bacck...i pumped every 2 hrs for 5 days str8. Exhausting, yes, worth it...100percent!

i only took them when she turned 4months because she was going through a growth spurt and teething so she was nursing ALL DAY (at least it felt that way). it definitely helped increase my supply for those few days i needed it. after that i stopped.

I used both from 4 weeks old until DS turned about 10 weeks old. I was pumping exclusively at the time bc DS wouldn't latch. I was taking Fenugreek (3 pills 3x a day), drinking Mothers Milk 2-3 times a day, eating oatmeal for breakfast, and pumping every 2-3 hours around the clock. Before all that, I was pumping about 5 oz. total. After about a week or so I was up to 10-12 oz. total.

ETA: I stopped because DS latched and I started to EBF. I found DS couldn't keep up with my supply and I would be engorged/leaking a lot.

I don't remember the brand Fenugreek I used but I remember it contained the extract, not just seed. The guy at the Vitamin Shoppe said it was more potent than just the seed.

I started using fenugreek when ds was 3 weeks old. I EBF for the 2.5 weeks but then switched EP'ing. I saw a slight increase with just the fenugreek (2 pills 3x/day) maybe like .5 an ounce more. I really saw an increase when started to take More Milk Plus pills (2 pills 3x/day) about 2weeks ago. I think it has gone up about 2 ounces more on each side. I can fill the feel the difference in my breasts also.

I use Natures Way Fenugreek (from Wld by Nature in Oceanside) and Motherlove More Milk Plus (from Amazon)

I don't know when I'll stop taking them.
