Using formula checks at BRU
Anyone else have trouble using formula checks with someone else's name at BRU? They asked me to see ID to make sure the name on the check was really mine! I couldn't believe how strict they were being!

yes, they will NOT take checks with somone else's name on it. I dont know why...they are getting the $$$ from Enfamil regardless who's name is on it

yeah its retarded that they are doing that.. but bj's and costco have the formula cheaper and they dont care about the name or how many checks you use.. same thing with CVS.

i went to the one in westbury and they took like 5 without my name on them

I actually used on in BRU yesterday that had my name on it, but they never checked if it was me or not.
I use them ALL the time in BJ's and not once has anyone ever asked me for ID

I've used formula checks with my name, my moms name, both of my aunts, my grandmother...i've never had a problem. They never even check the name.

Same here. The one in Westbury has never asked me for any kind of ID

WHAT??? That's crazy. Buy Buy Baby never gave me a problem, AND you can use multiple checks on the item.

I just used one and it did have my name on it, but didnt ask for id to make sure it was me. Im not much of a fan of BRU anymore. They are getting so stupid over things.

Take them to the grocery store or WalMart. I've bought formula in both places and they never asked me for ID.

I forgot to add, it was the BRU in Westbury... AND, they would not take a coupon I had printed out from an email because I cut around the dotted lines and didn't have the whole email with me. I went home to reprint it and I couldn't because it only lets you print it out once. I am calling their customer service to complain about that one!

BRU always gave me a hard time. BJ's and CVS always took checks with anyone's name on it, they don't even check.
