UV light at nail salons
I got a Shellac manicure for the first time this weekend and I love it!!! However, I didn't know that I had to put my hand in the UV light to do it and it freaked me out. I've never had anything done where I needed that. This might sound silly but for next time, would it help for me to put SPF on my hands before going to avoid skin damage? Does anyone else do that?

I actually am going to start doing that because I feel my hands have aged from it.
