We are doing Japanese Hibachi with DS. I think he'll enjoy all the noise and commotion. Chat Icon

Re: valentine's plans?

DH is working till 1, he'll be home around 2, so we'll do dinner with DS (at home probably, I'll think of something easy and yummy to make) and then I want to just watch a movie with a glass of wine - DH bought a Pinot Noir from Barefoot, my favorite Chat Icon

Re: valentine's plans?

All I know is I begged DH for chocolate!

I really want to watch a good movie, cuddle on the couch and maybe we will make fondue. I am trying to think if there is something yummy to cook together. I will be 37 weeks and going out is painful. If we do, it would be brunch.

If it were up to me though, I would evict Miss Bean that day! Chat Icon

Re: valentine's plans?

Our usual- sushi (sometimes we order in, sometimes we go out) and then a movie.

He gets me flowers and chocolates. I get him boxers/pjs & chocolates. And we relax at home watching a movie.

DH is cooking me a surprise dinner with a special dessert (I suggested anything with peanut butter) and then we will probably resort to the couch after for a movie.

Re: valentine's plans?

i'm not a big Vday lover to begin with so it might just be a nice day/night home together with a movie and a good dinner.

I can't stand to battle some of the waits at these restaurants. Plus we always go out to eat, so it's not really "special" lolol

I might have to steal this idea Chat Icon

We can't find a babysitter so we'll probably just make a nice dinner at home. Knowing DH he'll add cute touches (sometimes he makes up a menu and a wine list) so I know it will be fun. We have a tradition of going to the Boathouse in Central Park for V Day though and it's making me SO sad to miss it this year Chat Icon

Re: valentine's plans?

DH and I are going out on Saturday. We're gonna see Valentine's Day and then go to dinner at a restaurant we've been dying to try called Uvarara.

I had a half of a glass of red wine on Christmas and I plan on doing the same on Saturday. I think I'm looking more forward to the wine than to the date!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

We are getting a couples massage at Nordstrom. I'll be getting a prenatal and DH a swedish massage.

Then we made plans to go out to dinner with DH's friend and wife.

We are going out on Saturday night. Right now the only thing we have planned is dinner at Rare 650 (use to be Sagamore). Still trying to figure out what else we are going to do.

For Sunday we will probably just make a special dinner and watch a movie on the couch!
