Valium for ET
Has anyone taken valium for their egg transfer? I get super anxious and hoping this will be strong enough. How long does the transfer take?

It's literally like a pap. Less than 5 minutes and does not hurt AT ALL.

I totally agree. It was nothing. If you have had IUIs before: it's a lot like that.

I took a valium each time I had a transfer. Yes, you really don't need it, but it helped me sleep for HOURS afterwards and honestly, you need to relax and that will help you do it!
