Vanilla Ice Arrested for Domestic Battery
Rapper Vanilla Ice was arrested Thursday night for domestic battery, according to Palm Beach County, Fla., sheriffs.
The musician, whose real name is Robert Van Winkle, is currently in police custody and is due in court Friday, according to Lt. Tim Temperato.
Van Winkle, 40, was booked at 10:42 p.m., the sheriff's Web site shows.
On Friday, a judge "will determine if there was probable cause for the arrest," Temperato said.
No further details of the arrest were available.
If the judge decides the arrest was justified, Van Winkle will either be given a bond, or be released on his own recognizance.
TMZ.com was first to report the arrest.

This is the second time he was arrested for domestic violence.  Any time he's on reality shows he talks about how much his family means to him. This pisses me off!!

Rapper Vanilla Ice Released From Jail
90s "Ice Ice Baby" musician Vanilla Ice was released from jail Friday on a charge of simple battery.
Born Robert Van Winkle, the rapper, 39 was booked at 10:42 p.m. Thursday after he and his wife, Laura, got into a spat about buying a bedroom set. (They have two children.)
She initially told police that he kicked and hit her, but then said he only pushed her — which he denies.

This wasn’t Van Winkle’s first brush with the law.
In 2001, he was booked on a domestic battery charge. Three years later, he was fined $200 in in impounding fees when his pet wallaroo and goat escaped from his home and were picked up by animal control officers.
