Varicocele Repair?
Anyone's DH has surgery to repair a varicocele? DH has a bi-lateral varicocele and it has affected his count and morphology drastically. Our only chance of getting pregnant was IVF/ICSI which worked the first time but now DH would like to get the varicocele repaired in hopes that we will be able to achieve our next pregnancy naturally.
Anyone's DH do this and have experience? What was the result after the surgery? I know you have to wait like 6 months to see a result. TIA!

My DH had the surgery. It was a little bit of a rough recovery and it's only be a couple of months so we haven't seen any results yet. We go for SA sometime in Jan, and I'm hoping that we'll see some improvement. The Dr. said we might see a little bit of a change this time but a real improvement at the 6 month mark.
