DH and I are going to be in Vegas for one night... We're going to a show. What else should we do while we're there?

mgm is so fun they have an amusement park and a good arcade
the shopping at ceasers is awesome
you can go bungy jumping next to circus circus
great steakhouses, restraunts

go to the top of the eiffel tower in the paris hotel
grab a crepe too while youre there
mon ami gabi is a great restaurant at the paris hotel
MIX at mandalay bay is awesome- my favorite place to dine -expensive but worth the money- they have a bar on top with an awesome view
see the fountains at the bellagio
Choose a few hotels and check out what they have to offer- they are so different and unique...so much to see and do while youre there!

I was just there last week and i agree with the above. Definitely grab a crepe & Mon Ami was excellent! Really good crab cakes and steak.
But honestly, there's not going to be much that you can do in 1 night. There is just SO much to see there, that you're going to be rushing around like crazy if you want to see a bunch of things, in just 1 night. I would definitely limit your night to only a few things. But if you do want to go up and down the strip, i'd suggest the monorail.
