Vegetarian ladies- product rave !
One of the things I miss most from the world of meat is bacon. I've always wanted to find a good "facon" substitute, and I finally have! I got the Morning Star brand and pan-fried it with a bit of olive oil. I then dusted it with salt, and it came out wonderfully! I definitely recommend the product who those who want a bacon alternative.

I love that stuff!
When we had the blackout in 2003 ago, I had an almost-full box in the freezer and in the heat of "I DON'T WANT THIS TO SPOIL!!!" I made a huge BLT, club-sandwich style.  I felt like a beached whale the next day from all the salt. But damn, it was good.

I know, it is SO addictive! I ate a whole package in a few hours. DH tasted a strip and now he wants me to make it for him. Oh well, I guess I will be "forced" into buying more tomorrow.
