Tortellini with Cream of Mushroom Sauce.
Cook a bag of frozen tortellini as the package directs. When it is done, pour a can of Cream of Mushroom (or cream of broccoli or whatever) and stir. The heat of the tortellini will melt the soup mix and will create a creamy yummy sauce. I sometimes add a handful of frozen or fresh peas.

We're doing pasta, olive oil, garlic, cannelini beans and spinach. Yummy!
