Veggie pizza
I made a good veggie pizza for dinner. I got the recipe from this months Rachel Ray magazine, but I changed a few of the veggies from what was on the recipe.
I took a can of Pillsbury pizza dough, brushed it with olive oil and topped it with broccoli, diced red peppers, sliced mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and minced garlic. I topped it all with a shredded fontina and mozzerella cheese.
baked for 15 min at 400 degrees. My anti-vegetable DH even tried it! I thought it was great!

we do this periodically too...
my favorite topping is thinly sliced raw onion.... the edges get nice and crunchy in the oven
