Veggies at 6 months
How much do you give them total a day? One whole jar?

I think he would eat half a jar at a meal. SOmetimes he'd have it for two meals and finish the jar, or I'd save it for the next day.

DD has a whole stage 1 veggie at dinner. Right now we are only doing 2 meals so she is only getting 1 veg per day. after 6 mos appt we will add lunch and probably add a veg

I gave Kristina half of a stage 2 veggie per sitting.
If you are doing veggies at 2 sittings, then a whole stage 2 in one day.
