Vendor Rave - Beth Exit Realty
Just wanted to share how helpful Beth has been in case anyone needs a realtor - she is awesome. I needed some information/reports for something im working on with the town. Even though im not buying/selling Beth was willing to help me anyway! Most realtors didnt even return my call!!
she was super helpful and went above and beyond

Beth are you close to West Islip? We are thinking about putting our house on the market in Spring. My house needs some (minor) work and I am trying to decide if its work doing the work or selling as is..Nothing crazy just cosmetic (removing wallpaper) etc..
I guess my question is if you are local would you be able to come and give you opinion on what we should list the house as with and without the work..
