venetian shores
Has anyone gone to the venetian shores in Lindenhurst? if you do you have to pay to get in? and how much?
it sounds like alot of fun. any comments?

Well I've been trying to go the last 3 days to get my beach permit (30 for summer & good too for Tanner Park & Overlook Beach--if you're a resident of Lindy/Copiague) but no one's been in the little hut. If you have the permit its free for the sprinkler park, but if not its I think 15. to park/use the sprinker park per day (not exactly sure).

ok thank you. ive never heard or tanner park or overlook beach. are they located in lindy or copiague?

If you don't have the pass, it's $15 during the week & $25 on the weekends.
We go there all of the time. I don't think it's worth $25 unless you have a caravan full of kids & you are going to spend the whole day there JMO. I think that's a lot of $ for a very small beach & a sprinkler park. Maybe I am wrong though...

Its $15 weekdays and $25 weekends to park. The pass is $30. Tanner park is in Copiague and they have a sprinkler park there too.
You can use Overlook and Gilgo too and they are Ocean Parkway Beaches.
