Vent.. just having a badddd day!
So I decided to go back for my masters in Sept., thinking I can take non matriculated classes at Queens College for the program I wanan do.. turns out I cant! I have to wait another ENTIRE year!!! There is no way I'm paying $850 per credit to go to CW Post...so... that sucks....
Work really sucks today.... just don't want to be there/here! I'm soo countig down the days tilllittle one comes....
And then... I got really excited about the glider I wanted to get and its not available in the stores.. they can order it... or I can order it online...
And I have a headache!!! Thanks for letting me vent... It's just one of those days

what do you want to get your masters in???
i too am getting the shaft with school i decided i want to go back for sonogram which i had statred when we first graduated and then just wasnt ready for the school... i have to wait at least a year too.. because i thought i was going to be able to do summer classes for the few prereqs i need.. but now with the baby i have to hold off till at least sept. to START them. and its all sciences so its gunna take me 3 semesters just for prereqs
i feel your pain!!!
order your rocker so that you can at least get the good sale! or do what i did ... open the bru credit card so you can save 10% on something thats not on sale hang in there

I want to do my masters in school counseling... I really dont want to wait a full yr to start though! I figured it would be a great time to start now.. I can go for like 2 days .. a few hours.. not to much time away from baby and waitress.... or I have another PT job that I can bring the baby with me! It all just seemed to fit perfectly!! I'm soooo bummed about it! And the lady on the phone at the school wanted nothing to do with me.. so that just lit the fire even more!!!
I'm going to see if I can order the rocker through the store.. becuase I have a coupon and a bunch of store credit from stuff from my shower!!

why did they say you have to wait a year to start??
and def. go to the store and order. you can prob save shipping if you have it shipped to the store and pick it up ya know!

I have to be in the program to start .. and obviously program deadline was feb. 1.... so... I might try and call again... the lady was real quick on the phone.... so maybe I can speak to someone else. When I first called I asked to set up an appt to come see the school speak to a counselor.. she's like well we are really busy with other students for next semester.. what can I do for you?? Sometimes I really just HATE people!!
