Vent/Rant...Why is it that...
if a couple is divorced and has children and the children live with the mother...the father can move to the other side of the United States and that's fine, but if the father stayed here and the mother wanted to move out of state with the kids she can't?????

I guess it's still assumed that the father is the breadwinner and the divorced mother can just sit around all day doing nothing, so why move?

I know you can write it into the divorce agreement- my parents had it that they always had to live within 20 miles of eachother.
