Vent sort-of... Restaurant invites and 1st tri
Anyone else notice that they get so many invites to restaurants during first tri when you totally feel like crap? I feel bad telling people its a no... But seriously how do you expect me to be surrounded by all sorts of food smells that make my stomach turn? Not to mention being in a place where you'd feel totally embarrassed if you get nauseous  And DH asks me if Im feeling okay to go... Yeah dude, I feel ok now because Im not smelling food at the moment 
Please just everyone wait till Im totally out of the clear and then take me out all you want

Awww, that totally stinks! Hope you start to feel better soon!
I haven't started feeling nauseous by food yet, but I have noticed that JUST when I found out I was pregnant, I have been getting TONS of invitations to go out and drink. I am not really ready to tell anyone about the pregnancy yet, so I have been avoiding socializing with people so I don't have to tell another, "I don't feel like drinking" or "I'm on anti-biotics" lie again!

Thanks! Weird thing is Ive been feeling ok for a while now and thought I was in the clear....And then some crazy thing happened when i entered the 11th week and got hit yet again In love with this baby already but FML lol
I had a bar night out earlier this month where we got to see everyone we havent seen in a long time... So I just sat there drinking a large ginger ale telling people I was having a double LOL I ended up telling them all that night and it made us feel sooo good to see all the support and happiness pour through that night... Im glad I made that choice although I was scared sh*tless bc I was only 8 weeks... It feels soo freeing to be out in the open... You are going to love it when you expose the big secret
