ventingggggggggggggg..... I'm sure u can all relate
Ever feel like u are just living one never-ending day........ I think its because DD doesnt fully "sleep through the night"... but I feel like my days just flow into each other and I dont get a break... I'm up 2x with her during the night... she will only sleep in her crib 3 hours max, the rest she's in our bed... then its up and all of the activities for the day.... then cook dinner, clean up... then I get a minute to myself...oh no wait, I dont... she needs a bath, then to be nursed to sleep... then I have laundry to fold and laundry to do and laundry to put away... oh wait, she's up again... and then she's finally asleep and so am I, and 3 hours later she's up again!! Yes, here and there I get a few mins to come on here and vent while shes napping or gramma is watching her or like right now DH is giving her a bath... I'm just pooped. Okay, vent over.
I love my DD and she's the best thing in my universe and I wouldnt trade any of it! I could just use a little more

I say that all time. I tell everyone that my life has been ONE loooong day since Talia is born. Hang in there - it is only temporary (even though I am still waiting for it to end).

I know how you feel. That's why I went back to work 2 days a week, to feel like a person again. I think the reason DD may not be sleeping is b/c she has you figured out. She knows that if she cries enough you'll put her in bed with you and what baby wouldnt want to sleep with it's mommy and daddy. We went through a hard phase with my DS too but you really have to stick to your guns. Once DS realized I'm not a sucker anymore he started sleeping in his crib all night. Trust me, it may be hard at first but it is worth it in the long run.

Been there, done that. Everyone kept telling me that it gets better, and I had a hard time believeing it... But it does!

I know exactly how you feel!!
In fact, I'm going to go to bed now because DS has been sleeping since 8 p.m., so he's due to wake for his pacifier any minute!!

I know that feeling VERY well. I am always going, all day long. I feel like my life is sometimes like Groundhog's Day, since it feels like the same day over and over again. I have a 20 month old as well as DD, who is 8 weeks. So if she is napping during the day, I have DS running around, getting into everything, and trying to touch her and kiss her which means waking her up! Then she does wake up and I have both to run after! NOt to mention that she is not sleeping through the night yet and is FULLY awake at 3 am sometimes! As much as I LOVE being a SAHM right now and would love to do this as my job, going back to work next month isn't looking so bad sometimes.

Time flies sooo fast b/c of the continual day. IT scares me. Your not alone sweetie.....I think most of us moms have similair days and all I can hope for is it gets better once they are able to better take care of themselves, then you can better take care of you.

I go through that as well. I keep begging DH to take just ONE day off. He promises he will.
When Im folding laundry at 10:00PM Im fighting to keep my eyes open.
I take FULL advantage of nap time and to as much as I can.
I took on a PT job ( a few days a week) just to get a "break".
I don't work FT but when Friday rolls around, I LOVE it cuz I know I'll have help the next 2 days.
