Verizon FIOS families - can you get the new Noggin channel to come in?
Being half asleep since Andy got up at 5:45 today I turned on the usual 226 and it was BET. It took me a few minutes to figure out what was going on, I thought they went back to broadcasting The N at night.
Anyway, when I try to get the new channel (256) it's a black screen with a lock on it that says it's locked under parental controls (which we never set up) and then it says to hit OK to unlock. When I do that it says that we never set up a PIN and then nothing happens. GRRRR! I know I need to call them later, but wondering if anyone else is having problems.

I changed to 256 and had no problem watching noggin, that stinks. Sorry

Do you have a DVR box? The other regular boxes are working but not that one. So annoying.

We had no problems
It would be nice if we got a pamphlet in the mail prior to these changes BEFORE they switch up all the channels
I just got used to the way they were before
Do we need 2000 channels lol

Thanks all! They had to shoot some kind of signal to our box to reset it or something.
