and you are entitled to a phone upgrade, you can get a free phone usually, right?

If you sign a 2 year contract then you get the new every two credit. If the contact is up you can get the phone at the reduced price. Some phones are free out the door or after rebtaes but you would have to get only those phones. I believe the new every two gives you a 100 dollar credit towards any phone price.

I signed a 2-year deal last August and got a new, free phone upgrade. If I hadn't needed a new phone, I would have just kept going with no contracts. I've had Verizon since they were Bell Atlantic back in 1997 and have had no problems.

i get an upgrade every year...my DH gets one every two

oh yeah...if you wait till the end of the contract you get $100 towards the new phone

after 22 months you get $100 credit towards a new phone. If the phone is over $100 you have to pay the rest. You also have to sign a new two year contract.
