Verizon Wireless Users
Both DH and I got new phones in end of June and neither of us like them. MOreover, DH's phone stopped working last week. Is it possible to get new phones?

i think u only have 30 days to bring it back just because you don't like it... but if his stopped working, yes they should definitely give him a new one

His phone at least should be under warrantee, and since it's broken he should get a new one free of charge. I'm sure you can call and complain, but I'm pretty sure they only give you like 15 days to return if you just don't like it.

if his phone isn't working---then he can bring it back and get another one since its under warantee.
that happened to me--and it turned out they didn't have my model in stock--and they gave me a brand new model that was even better than my last one!
but if i'm not mistaken you only have 30 days to return a phone if you just changed your mind and don't like it.

I have experienced this before. Its total BS, but a lot of times when you bring your phone back to Verizon Wireless under warranty they wont give you a new phone...you will get one that is refurbished. I have argued with them because I spend money on a NEW phone but end up getting a refubished one back. I have argued with them about this but did not get anywhere.

Yep, when we brought DHs phone they gave him a refurb and he told them he would NOT take it, the phone was only a few weeks old. After some words back and forth they gave him a brand new one.
The best thing to do is go into the store, do NOT except what they want to give you, walk out and call *611 from your phone and ask for a supervisor. They are usually more willing to help you then the in stores
