I peel them in rows so that it is mostly peeled but with a thin strip of skin for decoration

if its jusr dh & i ,, I peel completly. If there are guest's . i wash & then scrape the fork down the sodes & then cut, get that preety design to it

Peel. I also salt them and let them sit so alot of the water is drawn out. This is the way my father always does them.

It is also scientifically proven that some skin helps digestion....so those pretty little rows (which is what I do too) is medicinal too

NEVER peel....
to me, too time consuming and also the skin is so thin to me, it's not that noticeable when you eat it.
