Very, Very TMI.
When DH and I Bd there seems to be alot of leakage. Does all of the sperm come out or is there still enough up there? SORRY TMI!!! does this happen to anyone else? I've always wondered this but very embarassed to ask.

leakage will sort of happen.
Try to prop your hips up.
But I have read that more than enough get up there.

What is actually leaking is the seminal fluid, and hopefully not the sperm. Sperm swims out of the semen and into CM....when it enters the cervix. In fact, semen can not be placed in the uterus because then it will contract and you will have tons of cramping. It's why, when IUIs are done, they are done with "washed sperm" (no semen).

Sorry if my response is TMI but the best thing to do for such a problem is...
As soon as he is done, while being on your back put your legs together and bend your knees upward. Then lift your hiney up so you form a 45% angle from your neck to your knee. Prop some pillos under you and stay for about 15 minutes.
It's not romantic and I can tell you that in the past year I have had my a $ $ up in the air for so many minutes they could add up to a few days but it does keep it in.

I read this too, they even sell pillows for this!!!! and yes I get it too and say oh no, TMI- alert-- I tell DH wait dont pull out yet or too fast, LOL

Those little swimmers are hard core...no leakage will stop them! It happens all the time to us and I am 8 weeks preggo right now.
