Vet in Wantagh. Levittown
I know this has been asked before but can anyone recommend a Vet in this area? Ebony has had this weird hacking cough for a while and I need to get it checked out. But I don't want to keep going to the vet we have in Plainview, just because it is out of the way. Any suggestions? TIA.

Re: Vet in Wantagh. Levittown
East Village Greene is a wonderful Animal Hospital I live in Deer Park and I stilltake my animals there.
I had the unfortunate experience of having one of my cat contrack Feline Lukemiaand then pass it along to two others. They were so helpful and honest about diffrent treatments.
Dr. Blonder is always straight with me when it came to treatment for any of my animals.
I worked at two diffrent vets when I was younger and some vets are all about the money. I feel like they actually care.

I used to go to Dr. Zinnanti in Bethpage -Page Community Veterinary. He is an absolute sweetheart and truly cares about the animals. He's not too far from you- especially if you hop on 135. Good luck, I hope Ebs is doing okay.

Thanks ladies - he has an appointment for Monday at Village Green. I am having his records faxed over in the meantime. I think he will be OK but it has been going on for a few weeks so better to check it out. Otherwise he is just fine!

I think South Bellmore is kind of close to Wantagh and I love the South Bellmore Vet on Merrick. Dr Hernandez is there on Thursdays and she is wonderful!

I would TOTALLY have to agree! I take Bella and Lexi to S.Bellmore (on Merrick Rd. in Bellmore), and I couldn't be happier! The docs are SO good with my babies!
