I am not sure if you are looking for a regular vet or a specialty vet but The Center For Specialized Veterinary Care in Westbury is a place I swear by-those doctors specialize in everything from Oncology (my reason for going) to rehabilitation, they allow you to sleep over with your animal if the animal is required to spend the night in their care, the only thing you may need is a referral from your regular vet. Crawford Dog and Cat Hospital in Garden City Park My MIL brings her 2 cats there, and I have an appt. there today with my kitten. My MIL has NOTHING bad to say about them, and I know a girl who worked there a bunch of years ago, and she had nothing bad to say either. They are in Garden City Park, near the intersection of Jericho Tpke and Denton Ave (just east of the McDonalds Mansion) not that far from Lake Success.
