Vicks Vaporizer....
Do you think I can use this for my 2 boys...NOT the humidifier but the vaporizer where you put the vicks in it??
They are so congested

Not sure- but Johnson and JOhnsons makes a vapor bath for infants... you put a little in their tub-

When DS was congested, the ped recommended the cool mist humidifier.

I know this will sound weird, but I was out today getting Julia new shoes for the holidays and Julia was acting up a bit cause she has a cold and just wasn't feeling well and needed a nap. So anyway the woman working there gave me a good tip on how to help her breathe better, she said to rub some vicks vapor cream on the bottom of her feet and put socks on so the cream stays on, and she said it should help her breathe better. It has something to do with the relflexology of the feet.
I'm going to try it tonight and see if it works cause Julia is all congested as well, and I feel so bad.
Hope the boys feel better!

i think i heard you are not supposed to use anything with vicks until they are 6 months. Don't quote me on it.

I was told the same even until a year. It could cause breathing problems it has a warning on the baby vicks so you could check it.

My DD is 8 months and the Dr said to rub Vicks on her onesie at night and use a cool mist humidifier for a cold.
