why do celebs dress as though it is perpetual summer?  it's FEBRUARY and she's wearing a summer top and sandals

I'd wear that outfit in the winter if I was going out! Open toe shoes and all. 
I LOVE the outfit...especially the shirt & skirt!

ditto to all, and New Yorkers are notorious for wearing that kinda stuff all year round! Who wants to wear jeans and boots to go to NOBU?
