Victoria's Secret.com returns
I wanted to return a bra I bought from victoriassecret.com. It says "shipping and handling fees are not refundable".
I got free shipping when I purchased it.
They give you a UPS label to return it.
Am I going to have to pay for the shipping of the return?
Obviously, I am not paying any money out of pocket since they gave me the label, but will they deduct the shipping fees from my return amount?
If so, how much are they?

they just mean that you already paid for the shipping and handling when you made the purchase - and if you return something you can't get that $$ back, you'll only get the price of the item back. use the UPS label to return it, VS will pay UPS for it once they receive the package (you won't have to pay anything, just put it in a UPS mailbox or drop it off at the UPS store).
ETA: i did this recently, you definitely shouldn't have to pay. the UPS slip has VS's account # on it.

When you use thier return label they automatically deduct 5.95 off your refund.
