I know it closed in April and is now an Italian restaurant, but does anyone know the new name?

No I live nearby so I pass it all the time and we keep saying we are going to try it but haven't yet. Let me know if you try it what you think. We love waterzooi

My friend goes there about once a week (lol).
She Loves that place---said the food is delicious.....great wine bar. She also loved Victory but this is better she said.

Yes it is! I think it is still the same owners - I think they just Victory a change.
