Vinegar to clean sealed granite counter tops?
Ive been starting to use vinegar for cleaning more and more around the house.
I dilute it with water in a sprayer.
Does anyone use it on their sealed granite counter-top? I googled this and got mixed answers.. everything from "it's fine for granite!" to "don't let vinegar sit on your granite for more than a second!"

The only thing I use to clean my Granite is called Perfect Glass. It smells like a Windex but has no ammonia. It really makes it look like glass.
Im too paranoid to use anything else.

I would love to know this answer too. Maybe calling a granite company and asking them. I might have to do this. But they might not know.

Perfect Glass is great but now I found Perfect Granite and I love that for the counters. They come out so shiney!
When we got our granite countertops they basically told us you can use the ammonia-free windex. I don't think I would use vinegar - it's very acidy.

I agree about it being very acidity. Its not going to damage the granite, but it could eat through the sealer in areas and then eventually damage the counter. I would stick with what the granite company reccomends.

I use this stuff from home depot in a black spray bottle it works great
I would be afraid too that the vinegar would eat away at the seal....

I only use Glass Plus as that was what was recommended by the Granite Place.
