Virgin America - who's flown them?
Has anyone ever flown them? What's it like? I'm an avid JetBluer but Virgin America has much cheaper flights to Vegas the time we want to go. They offer similar amenities to JetBlue so it's looking really good to me. What's your opinion?

I am actually flying with them when i go to Vegas in June. I have never flown with them before but their planes look really great on the inside pics that I have seen

Re: Virgin America - who's flown them?
I'm in Vegas right now and met a girl last night who flew here on Virgin American and she was raving about it. Each seat has a television like Jet Blue, but you can also text to any seat you'd like plus you have internet access.
I wish I knew!

Re: Virgin America - who's flown them?
OMG I am a huge Virgin Atlantic lover. I have never flown Virgin America but I will the first chance I get. I got the coolest goodie bags when I flew them (twice) to London. And the food on the flights was excellent-the meals, afternoon tea, desserts! If they haven't cut back because of the economy, I bet you'll really enjoy it.

ITA with all of the above. I flew Virgin Atlantic to Spain for my honeymoon - it was AMAZING. The food was great, the TV in every seat was fantastic, and the goody bags came in handy also.
I haven't flown the "American" version, but if it's anything like Virgin Atlantic, I say go for it!

My sister recently flew LAX to NY and LOVED them!!!
I'm an avid JetBluer too, but I think I'm gonna look into Virgin America for our trip to the West Coast this summer!

Re: Virgin America - who's flown them?
LOVE THEM. Only airline we fly to CA. Friendly staff, DELICIOUS food, TV (all the stations don't always work) and games plus you can rent movies. And you can IM other poele on the plane! mood lighting is cool, the chairs are comfy and roomy (though the person in front of me ALWAYS leans back so it doesn't matter lol)
Plus if yuo get the Virgin credit card you earn money toward flights, plus the freq flyer club. We have a free flight from just signing up for the card.

I agree too. I flew Atlantic from London to JFK and they were fabulous. No complaints, so I am assuming Virgin America has the same outstanding service.
